The APSSDC Ltd.,Srikalahasti established in 1977 to sub-serve Department of Agriculture and supply quality seeds of Paddy, Groundnut,Pulses, , Green manure and other Crop seeds in Chittoor district and other Districts of Andhra Pradesh state.

Production Achivements

The unit has produced 38941.75Qtls of different varieties of Paddy seeds during the 2018-19 and stands one of the leading production units of Rayalaseema Region. The unit has planed to produce One lakh Qtls of different kinds of Paddy seed during in the year of 2019-20.
